 The closest beach to Mutino is in Viareggio (about 25 min).
Mountain byke routes and tracking routes of different level are indicated in the nerby and in the small town Mutino there is the Association "Tra terra e cielo" which proposes different itinerary.
Horse-riding, golf, sailing, acquatic sports: Viareggio (13 km away) Forte dei Marmi (25 km away).
Swimming pool: Massarosa (about 15 min.), Viareggio.
One day visit:
Viareggio, Pietrasanta (old city where lived and worked sculptors like Botero and Theymer), Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi (very fashionable town).
We suggest to reach Lucca following the wonderful panoramic route called "Colle Paradiso" and to visit the natural park of Migliarino, near Pisa. |

In Torre del Lago from the end of july to the beginning of august there is a Festival of Lyric Opera in a delightful open theatre with sight on the lake.
Every year in february Viareggio organize the famous Carnival.
