  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: 3pm - 7pm
    Check-out: 11 am
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room/apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price of the room (not included for the studio apartment). It's a Continental breakfast, but we can let us know if you have any particular diet needs or special requests.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French - English - Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    One floor, no lift. All the rooms are on ground floor. There are 4 steps to get to the house.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all of our rooms are very private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide them all.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Courtyard, large private garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they don not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    We don not have air conditioning but temperature tend to be very mild even in summer.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, it is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Greve in Chianti, where you can also rent bike and motor bike.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, in Greve in Chianti.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, we are in the Chianti Classico area and we also have our own vineyards and we made our own Chianti.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    We are halfway from Florence and Siena. the first one is about 28 km away and the second one is about 25 km. Pisa about 90 minutes drive (112 km).
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Greve in Chianti.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Florence.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Greve in Chianti.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Florence.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, we do not have it.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, unfortunatly we cannot take pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Only for guests.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
