Although the directions online were confusing, we received directions from the owner over the phone that were very clear.

It was a very secluded, quiet, and pleasant place to stay. The regional food was wonderful and it was close enough to visit other regional spots such as Siena, Chianti, and San Galgano (our favorite spot).
