The manager took some time to point some nice spots to visit. ... Peace and quiet are guaranteed by the staff: we were able to go our own way, and had some company of the local pets. Although there was some neighbourly noise, privacy is a unique selling point of Montorgialino. ... We stayed a few days longer! ... A peaceful stay in Tuscany? Very near the most beautiful landscape in Italy? Podere Montorgialino!

Unfortunately the swimming pool was being relined when we arrived and it then took 3 days to fill, by which time the weather had turned worse and was raining so we never did get a swim! A tea towel in the kitchen would have been useful. ... Quiet and secluded, just the sort of place to go to relax. Take care when driving down the track from the main road to the property, it is very uneven. Take a tea towel to use in the kitche.

The term 'white road' used in the directions is not one used in North America. We use the term 'secondary road'. ... The directions indicate 26 km from Siena. Perhaps an indication that it is a 35 minute drive would be helpful for those not used to long travel times for relatively short distances. ... A very relaxing environment on an olive farm with very friendly and helpful hosts.
