  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price of the rooms (not for the apartments). It's a typical italian sweet breakfast but it's possible to have eggs and bacon.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it's possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors; there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes indeed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The linens and towels are included in the price and they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in the rooms/apartments there are the TV but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
