• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 16:00pm.
  Check-out: within 09:00am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates for the entire villa + dependence.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The villa is plunged in the absolute peace and silence of its immense park.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by the property, except for towels to be used on the swimming pool.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, it's available for guests.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an nice private pool, 15 m x 6,50-8,50 wide, up to 3,90 m deep.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are also two garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In San Gimignano (10 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The next ones are in Castagno (2km from villa) and San Vivaldo (2,5 km)
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 45 km from Florence, about 30 km from Siena and about 30 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is about 2kilometers away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Siena SAY, 35 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
