• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on Saturday from 3.00 pm. to 7.00 pm.
  Check out: on Saturday within 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it isn't.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You must settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors and we don't have any lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are very quiet and particular, all furnished respecting the typical rural Tuscan style.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided. Linens change once a week, towels change twice a week, included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, each one has a terrace or a patio with a table and chairs to sit outside, useful for the breakfast.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of the apartment on the first floor has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have Sat-Tv but not in the rooms. The clients can rent them.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is one at the front desk.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we organise 2 events a week in this living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or at the train station in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 1 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The farm is surrounded by our own vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 18 km away, Siena is 40 km away and Pisa is 55 km away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Mercatale Val di Pesa, 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Florence (Amerigo Vespucci- Peretola) 20 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Mercatale V.P., 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is in Florence, 20 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only pets of a small-medium size (free of charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't. We organize a dinner twice for week.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
