• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole apartment for 2 people, there is an extra charge of 6 Euro per day for the third person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartment is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located in the ground floor. The elevator is not necessary.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the whole apartment is very quiet and peaceful.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment has direct access to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but there is a garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, people can smoke or not as they prefer.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but it is not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is dining room and there is also a table outside in the garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The local public swimming pool is located within 5 minutes distance.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence (10 km away).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are several grocery stores nearby.

  Florence 10 km, Siena 45 Km, Pisa 98 Km.

  Montefiridolfi or San Casciano is 7 Km far (4 miles), with all the amenities, cinema, theatre, pharmacy, smart shops.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is 15 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
