The entrance to Il Portico is up two stone steps through period dark-oak front double doors which lead into the living area which has satellite TV and CD player, a comfortable double sofa bed and a country style wood burning stove. Ahead two antique dressers grace the Tuscan style dining area which has ample space for four people. To the right is a separate fully fitted kitchen which includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There is ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided. |
 There is a kitchen door that takes you to the east aspect of the Borgo, here there is a covered loggia which provides a perfect place for outside dining in comfort while enjoying the perfume of the Tuscan area. To the left three steps take you up to a small hallway with a night safe that leads to a triple bedroom and bathroom. This large bedroom is elegantly furnished with a double bed and a single bed which when it is not used is dressed as a sofa, next door there is a bright bathroom with shower. 60 meters from the main swimming pool area. |

The large windows and glass door that lead to the balcony at the rear give a bright and open aspect and a beautiful back drop to the house. |
