Here at Montebelli Agriturismo you will find friendly and comfortable atmosphere where you will be able to discover the benefits of being close to nature and the beauty of this land.
The colonial house has been carefully reconstructed respecting the original architecture. The spacious rooms, that look directly on a garden and a park with secular trees, are personalised with aged furniture and have all comforts (bathroom, TV with international aerial, phone).
As you step out of the house, you will be caught by Maremma' scented atmosphere walking through the Mediterranean bush. The old oak on the top of the hill looking west is our advice for sunsets. |
 Your Holidays in the Nature
Love for nature brought us to work on the country lanes that spread out through the farm, where you will discover oaks, olive-trees, vineyards, mastic tree, myrtle, juniper, all chief characters of Maremma's scenery. You can choose between trekking, mountain bike and horse back riding, with the chance to relax by the refreshing shore of a little lake.
Horse back riding courses for each level of the Italian Horse Back Riding Federation, are organized by an instructor. You will also find a bar, a swimming pool, a tennis court and archery: all that can make your stay in Montebelli Agriturismo become a relaxing and pleasant holiday. |
 A Stock of Good Flavours
Montebelli Agriturismo is not only a home in the midst of nature, but also a farm with secular olive-yard and 12 hectares of vineyard. Therefore we invite you to our wine-cellar to try our "full" red wine Fabula di Monteregio D.O.C. and our Grappa di Montebelli.
At the restaurant you can start the day with a rich European breakfast; dinner will give you the possibility to master your knowledge on the region of Tuscany also through its gastronomical aspects.
Our kitchen will offer you traditional local receipts that will lead you through authentical and scented tastes highlighted by the aroma and lightness of our Olio Extra Vergine Montebelli olive oil. |

Montebello Agriturismo is near the village of Caldana by Grosseto. We are in Maremma, land of great charm where history, art and nature mix together creating unique landscapes.
We can advise you an Etruscan itinerary (Volterra and Vetulonia,), a Mediaeval one (Siena, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima, Arcidosso) and an oenological one (Montalcino and Montepulciano). Nearby, you will find beautiful beaches, clean sea, shadowed pine-woods and also small local architectural treasures (Castiglion della Pescaia, Talamone). You can easily reach the Argentario promontory, the Giglio and Elba Islands, the Amiata Mountain, the Maremma and Uccellina Parks and the regenerating Saturnia Thermal Baths. |
