 Breakfast, lunch/dinner : At the restaurant you can start the day with a rich European breakfast; dinner will give you the possibility to master your knowledge on the region of Tuscany also through its gastronomical aspects.
Swimming pool: a nice swimming pool on the property. |
 Tennis court and archery: You can spend you time playing tennis or bowshot.
Mountain bikes and trekking: You can choose between trekking, mountain bike and horse back riding, with the chance to relax by the refreshing shore of a little lake. The mountain bike rental is free.
Horse riding: Horse back riding courses for each level of the Italian Horse Back Riding Federation, are organized by an instructor. See below for details.
Cooking course, flower arrangement course: we organise cooking and flower arrangement course.See below for details.
Fishing: We have a little pond in the property(carps).
Banquets, Congresses and meetings: it is possible to organize meetings or banquets(maximum 25 persons). |
 Our Products: Montebelli Agriturismo is not only a home in the midst of nature, but also a farm with secular olive-yard and 12 hectares of vineyard. Therefore we invite you to our wine-cellar to try our "full" red wine Fabula di Monteregio D.O.C. and our Grappa di Montebelli. You can buy our products directly from the farmhouse.
Horse Package - Beginners

Relax and trust are essential and will remain "priority" throughout the course. Teaching is always adapted to the level of the weakest rider in order to avoid stress and fear and allow for an harmonic progress of all riders.
Lessons last approx 2 hours:
- 45 minutes for theory and for horse preparation.
- 45 minutes for practice.
1st day - theory: instructions for safety and for horse preparation. practice: pace and stopping - turning - trot.
2nd day - theory: knowledge on horse's reactions. practice: passage from stop to pace to trot/trot's turning.
3rd day - horse pacing and short ride.
4th day - various help and suggestions - improving balance and posture while trotting. - gallop (optional).
5th day - general review - horse ornament and little games ablut what has been learned.
6th day - final ride with picnic

One day trip: Montebello Agriturismo is near the village of Caldana by Grosseto. We are in Maremma, land of great charm where history, art and nature mix together creating unique landscapes. We can advise you an Etruscan itinerary (Volterra and Vetulonia,), a Mediaeval one (Siena, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima, Arcidosso) and an oenological one (Montalcino and Montepulciano). |
 Nearby, you will find beautiful beaches, clean sea, shadowed pine-woods and also small local architectural treasures (Castiglion della Pescaia, Talamone). You can easily reach the Argentario promontory, the Giglio and Elba Islands, the Amiata Mountain, the Maremma and Uccellina Parks and the regenerating Saturnia Thermal Baths.
In General: you can find easily all servicies (chemist, banks, post office, supermarket, grocery store, restaurants etc) in the village Caldana(2 km). |
