• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in: from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 pm.
  Check out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it isn't. We don't offer breakfast. The apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, the heating costs have to be paid according to the consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception, English, French and German are spoken.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided (weekly).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is the garden and the court yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartment "Le Tinaie".
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Every apartment has a kitchen with a dining table. Furthermore in the summer time, one con eat in the court yard.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a nice swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airports in Pisa and Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, grocery stores and supermarkets are in Montespertoli (5 km away).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 28 km, Siena 52.6 km, Pisa 62 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is Montespertoli.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florenze Airport, 31.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lucardo, at only two minutes drive.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Certaldo (10 km) or Castelfiorentino (15 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a swimming pool with jacuzzi.
