By car from Florence: from A1 highway exit at "Firenze Certosa" and continue on the dual carriageway to Siena. Exit at "Poggibonsi Nord" and proceed in direction to San Gimignano. Approx. 4 km before San Gimignano you'll see on your left the signs for Monti and Canneta, turn left into this small country road, following for Monti and you will reach the Molino di Foci after 800 m.
By car from Rome: from A1 highway exit at "Valdichiana-Bettolle Sinalunga", and proceed following the state road Siena-Bettolle to Siena. Once you arrive in Siena take the dual carriageway to Florence. Exit at "Poggibonsi Nord" and follow indication as above.
By car from Pisa: Follow signs for Florence and take the toll free motorway signed "FI-PI-LI". Continue towards Florence and exit at "Empoli Ovest". Then take the state road SS 429, in direction of Siena. When you reach the village of Certaldo take direction for San Gimignano, 12 km. |
