• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and is a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, always at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have two special rooms: one is a suite located on the tower and the other is a double room with four poster bed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  We have swimming pool open from May to October.

• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Only 4km from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 1km.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 50km, Siena 35km, Pisa 70km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence or Pisa one hour.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Only 1 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi 7km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the bar serves snacks from midday to 10pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
