The property was beaautiful and the modern ammenities made our stay very relaxing and pleasurable. The location is perfect being so close to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimgnano, Cinque Terre, and a wonderful beach. The property is convenient to an excellent super market. There is also a trattoria within walking distance that serves very tasty food.

We stayed in Portico, a former barn. It is a separate building with an outside eating area that we really enjoyed. The space is huge, almost a little too big, considering that about half of the downstairs was left open with no furniture, but we enjoyed having all that space. The modern kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook well, though the oven was not bulit in. We slept upstairs in the loft. However one should be aware that there are 3 single beds up there and that air condiditioning (at an extra cost) is required in summer.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property is in a very nice location. Close to many towns, historical sites (Firenze, Pisa, San Gimignanino, Sienna, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Carrara and many more.The property is well maintain. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well equip. On our arrival the gave us 2 bottles of wine. We tought it was a nice touch.

In a rural setting but still close the city of Pisa. About a 2km hike from the nearest bus stop but worth the hike if you want a little bit of peace and quite.

Busses are less frequent on weekends. Plan arrival & departure during the week for easier access to transportation. Easy access if you are driving.

Hotel managers were very friendly, and extremely helpful at answering questions, but also very busy at the time. It would have been nice to have been given more information about the facilities available, at the time we checked in. For example, that there was a store where we could buy the farm's own produce on site. We didn't learn this until after we had left.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Tastefully decorated, with a nice mix of preserving old character, along with modern facilities. Surrounding scenery was wonderful, and location was convenient for sightseeing sidetrips.

When we arrived there were no signs and no one around to help us. We had difficulty finding the reception and finally asked another guest. Some signage indicating where reception is and possibly a sign indicating they will be back in 10 minutes would be helpful.

Staff were wonderful. We were indivited to join the other guests in a Pizza dinner which was very enjoyable! Accommodations were extremely well kept, clean and comfortable. We were warned in advance that towels were not changed daily, yet still the 3-day delay to changed bath towels could be improved.

Location was very convenient with beaches only 5 minutes away. Peaceful, quiet, safe. Great people!

question 6: we waited till 5 o'clock to arrive as was in told in the voucher, so it was confusing that there was nobody there at that time. After waiting a while we called the manager and he took action. The fact that there was nobody to receive us and that we had to wait for at least half an hour is very negative and definitely something not to happen again; it makes a very wrong impression.
Lukely the stay in the rest of week was very nice.

Question 6: we hardly saw any staff, so I cannot realy commend on them. The woman who finally welcomed us was very nice.
Question 7: we didn't ask because the climate was too hot, but we were wondering whether it was possible to rent mountain bikes at all. It was never told where we had to go and see.

A very nice and quiet stay, with a lot of privacy. It feels as if the place is your own and it also feels a safe place to stay.
A place that is very well kept with much taste for decoration. We had a great time.

Fattoria di Migliarino is one of our favorite places. The staff is very helpful, professional and courteous.

Fattoria di Migliarino is one of the premier wonderful sites and accommodations in the world! Our Apartment was spacious and filled with beautiful antiques, original murals, a walk-in fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. It is located in Tuscany, and our bedroom windows opened onto the countryside like a beautiful painting. We think that it is one of the most special places on Earth!

Beautifully decorated and really well kept. Very clean and it is clear that the owners take pride in their place and provide the best possible. It is much better than the other agri-stay we had in the area , especially regarding the personal touch of the owner who was a really lovely person. It was our dream come true place.
