Accommodations


 
All the apartments are independent, they are divided so as to include ground-floor to attic, have their own garden and have been furnished with typical Tuscan furniture.

We also have a Bed & Breakfast wing of 600 sq.mt, with 5 triple rooms and 5 double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Three living areas, one with satellite tv, 1 dining room and the kitchen.
 
Apartments:
Il Riccio, small independent house suitable for 2 guests: Bed-sittingroom with two beds, kitchen area, and bath with shower.

Raganella and Scricciolo, 2 guests: one room apartment composed by a sitting room, table and cooking corner with electric hobs, bathroom with shower, intermediate floor with double bed or twin beds. 

Il Picchio, 90 mē 4-5 guests: (Can be rent with "La Folaga"); Ground floor: living-room with fireplace, and single convertible sofa, small room with washing-machine, kitchen with dining area. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom with tub.
 
La Folaga, 95 mē 4-5 guests: (Can be rent with "Il Picchio"); Ground floor: entrance, kitchen area, bathroom with tub and washing-machine. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.

La Ghiandaia, 180 mē 7-8 guests: (Can be rent with "La Beccaccia"); Ground floor: kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, spacious living-room with fireplace. First floor: bedroom with double-bed and additional bed available, bathroom with tub, bedroom with single bed and built-up floor with two single beds, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with tub and washing-machine.
 
La Beccaccia, 110 mē 5-6 guests: (Can be rent with "La Ghiandaia"); Ground floor: dining room with kitchen area and washing-machine, living-room with fireplace. First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, bed room with built-up floor above and 4 single beds, bathroom with tub.

Il Ghiro, 65 mē 2-4 guests: (Can be rent with "Lo Scoiattolo"); Ground floor: living-room with convertible sofa that sleeps two, and kitchen area, washing-machine. First floor: bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with tub.

Lo Scoiattolo, 65 mē 2-4 guests: (Can be rent with "Il Ghiro"); Ground floor: living-room with convertible sofa that sleeps two and kitchen with dining area and washing-machine. First floor: bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with tub.

Gruccione, 200 mē 10 guests: Ground floor: Kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and sitting room with fireplace, bathrioom and washing machine. First floor: 2 double bedrooms + 2 Triple rooms with ensuite bathroom.

Upupa, 110 mē 6 guests: Ground floor: Kitchen with dishwasher, dining room and sitting room with fireplace. First floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Quadruple room with mezzanine and bathroom.

Istrice, 25 mē 2 guests: One bedroom apartment with 2 beds, kitchen corner and bathroom.

Portico, 170 mē 5 guests: Big open space with fireplace and double sofabed, kitchen, bathroom and a mezzanine with 3 beds.First floor: bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with tub.
