  No, breakfast is not included in the price but the owner will be happy to provide their guests with European or American style breakfasts as well as typical Tuscan snacks served in their apartments. There is a small extra charge.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floor without a lift.

  No, but if you come by bus, Mr. Franconeri will pick you up in Greve in Chianti.
