• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Included continental breakfast with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Attention to cater typical foods.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and little bit of French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No lift, 1 ramp of stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Journey-Orange Room is a very romantic room, but all our rooms are cozy.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only windows in the room, but garden for guests'use with table and chairs, sun beds(2) and sun umbrella.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  One room have a little TV but not sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, meals prepared on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No sorry, the nearest one is in the village at 1 km.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, outside parking within the property, unguarded.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence city centre, Florence or Pisa Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, very nice shopping strip in village, specialty food producers around the area, and supermarket within 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze, 12 km
  Siena, 45 km
  Pisa, 60 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Casciano Val di Pesa is the nearest village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Casciano, or in front of front door.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze and Empoli (also there is a little Train Station in Montelupo Fiorentino)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Meals on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, unless you have your portable PC and mobile phone to connect.
