• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in at 4pm.
  Check-out at 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily prices are per person, weekly prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included for the room, not in the prices for the apartments. We offer a continental breakfast with milk, coffee, croissants, bread cheese hammer fuit-juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating or air conditioning are included in the room's prices. Heating is not included in the apatments price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, french and a little bit of German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are all located on the first floor.
  The rooms are on the third floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes every rooms and apartments are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Both linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a big garden for all the clients.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite tv in all rooms and apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air Conditioning in the rooms is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Siena at 10 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 2 supermarkets are located 10 minutes from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 1hour far from the property.
  Siena is 10 minutes far from the property.
  Pisa 2 hours far from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Siena.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Yes, in S. Rocco a Pilli 5 minutes from the property, by foot.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but at request we can make something typcal for our clients
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
