We arrived with car problems. Carla assisted us to our residence and then drove me 10 km to a place to buy groceries for supper and breakfast and gaveus a bottle of wine - well beyond what she needed to do and much appreciated! The next day called our car renatl co and made arrangements for pickup of our car!!!

carla enhanced our stay with her helpfulness and freindliness. We just got so lost(driving from Pisa) and things you should not do or go to might be helpful., as well as where you should be going and what you should look for. Many villages have such similiar names that it is confusing if you are not warned of that fact. Lovely place .

Carla was absolutely marvelous considering our late arrival having got lost en route from the airport, due to roadworks.

Very spacious and clean accomodations...pleasant staff....charming location in a rural area of Tuscany. We would strongly recommend as a place to relax if you like to be away from the busy tourist locations, while still convenient to many attractions.

It would be helpful if the number of KM from point to point were included in the driving directions.

We were very happy with our stay there and have already recommended Tenuta di Mensanello to 2 of our friends. The privacy and location were just what we were looking for.
The pool was a bit too cold to really enjoy.
