• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from midday.
  Check Out: before 10:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Prices include breakfast of Italian breakfast cakes (bought fresh from the bakers early in the morning) served with coffee or tea, fruit juice toast and jams.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The cost of the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill at the end of your stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors. Ground floor and first connected by a short flight of stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are peaceful and private.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a lovely little garden with tables and chairs and a panoramic view over countryside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The whole house is non smoking. Smoking is restricted to the garden.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not the air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Guests are welcome to eat together in the breakfast room.
  Tables can be put together for large groups.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Only in owners house which can be used by appointment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is plenty of parking in front of the villa.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms at Pisa and Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small "village shop" 2 Km which sells most daily needs including fresh milk and bread. There is also a large supermarket in Empoli 5Km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are many vinyards nearby owned by small local farmers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  FLORENCE 30Km
  SIENA 62 Km
  PISA 50 Km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  POZZALE 2 Km
  EMPOLI 4 Km
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FLORENCE 30Km
  PISA 50 Km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a train link from Pisa and Florence. We can arrange to collect passengers from Empoli our local station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 2 Km far from the property, at the local village Pozzale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Empoli 5 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but there is a Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath 4 Km in Empoli.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, we love animals but we can not allowed in the Villa.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not on the property but two very nice restaurants nearby. One 2Km and another one 4Km far from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the moment.
