 The holiday home "I Melograni del Chianti" is located near to Talciona, in the borough of Poggibonsi (a large town which originated in the Middle Ages and retains the medieval fortress of Poggibonizio - Magione). Just a few kilometres away there are several atmospheric historical towns such as San Gimignano (11 km), Monteriggioni (7 km), Certaldo (10 km), Siena (2,3 km) and Florence (35 km), which is the main destination for any tourist staying in Tuscany. It is just as easy to visit the beautiful Chianti countryside which, with towns such as Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole and Greve, forms one of the most famous winemaking regions in the world. |
