• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. It's an Italian style breakfast, very agreable.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it's included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are only 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Mediterranea B&B is very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided by the house.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have one room at the first floor with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have colour TV, but only with national channels. In the hall there is a colour TV with international channels (satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air-conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, we can just organise special dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but the beach is located 1 km away.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Livorno or Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are several grocery stores nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 110 Km, Siena 100 Km and Pisa is 30 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Livorno.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa (30 Km).
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, that service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop in Quercianella, at the end of the street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Quercianella (local service) or Livorno (high speed trains to Rome, Milan, Florence...).
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is in Quercianella (600 mt).
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are public and private beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, because in the property there are already one little
  dog and many cats.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but it's possible organise special dinners for the customers.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
