• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment for weekly rates, or per person for daily rates.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments are on the first floor and we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, as we are in countryside our apartments are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartment have its private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite television in all apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, is open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a big parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Some stores are at 4 kilometres from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Plenty, we are grapes producers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze at 35 Km, Siena at 30 Km and Pisa at 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Donato in Poggio at 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence at 40 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Donato in Poggio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
