• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price indicated is per villa per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  50% has to be paid at the moment of booking, the balance can be paid upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The villas are private gardens and some a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The nearest and most convenient train station is Orbetello, which is directly connected to Rome.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car can be rented in the town of Orbetello.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At Marsiliana (5 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena and Pisa are only 1 hour drive, whilst Florence and Rome are 2 hours away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The village of Marsiliana is 5 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino FCO, 94 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
