 Marsiliana Castle
Castle houses up to 13 people (350 sq.m) on two floors. The ground floor is composed of the living room with open fireplace, a TV room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. |
Most rooms on the ground floor have large fireplaces, as does the kitchen. The first floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms (one of them with a wash-bassin), 1 single bedroom(with wash-basin) and 2 bathrooms. The house is equipped with telephone, washing-machine, dishwasher, TV, CD- player, central heating. Maid service is included 2 hours 3 times a week. |
 Farmhouse Cutignolo
Cutignolo is a generous, spacious and well equipped ensemble built around a large central lawn. All four apartments are filled with sun-light and cheerful colours and the large french windows on the ground floor of both buildings allow you to move freely between indoors and outside. The house is surrounded by vineyards and the woods of Marsiliana beginning in the background. Next to the houses a road leads from the hamlet of Marsiliana to Capalbio, a charming Tuscan hilltop village which has become fashionable over the last 10 years.
The beaches are at a distance of 14-20 kms. The main hamlet of Marsiliana is 5 kms away. This is also the closest shopping area with a small supermarket, a bar, a bank and post office. The closest village is Albinia at 10 kms distance. Upon request household help, a cook, a baby cot and a high chair can be organised. |

Garden: 2 pergolas with table and chairs for outdoor meals.

The first floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From a tecnical point of view the equipment of the house is of the highest quality, from a semi-professional stove with 5 gas rings to double glazed windows in all rooms. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, telephone, TV and CD-player. The bedrooms on the first floor of Podere are air-conditioned. On the ground floor of the main house you will find two living rooms and a dining room which have french windows leading out into the garden, a spacious country-kitchen with a marble sink, marble table tops and an open fire place, as well as a double en-suite bedroom which also opens up onto the garden. The first floor is divided into 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath. |

Farmhouse Cutignolo Stalla
Stalla is a one storeyed, rectangular building flooded with light which pours in from both sides of the house. Great care has gone into the decoration of the house. The floors are in traditional terracotta tiles and the rooms are washed in appealing mediterranean colours. The living rooms are family rooms with 6 windows and a french window leading into the garden. The kitchens have typically Tuscan kitchen range covered by local travertino, a stone pinkish-gold in colour which complements the mediterranean blue and white tiles. From a tecnical point of view the equipment of the house is of the highest quality, from a semi-professional stove with 5 gas rings to double glazed windows in all rooms, as well as of course as dishwashers, washing machines and central heating. |
