• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm. Check-out: before 12.00 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room of the Villa is quiet, private and romantically decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with telephones.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Parking is available in the nearby garage or in the adjacent public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car rental service is located in the nearby town of Camucia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is located in Cortona (a 5 minutes walk from the Villa) or in Camucia, which is a 5 minute drive from the Villa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The main vineyards of the Valdichiana can be found in Montepulciano and Montalcino, both 20 to 30 minutes away by car.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 122 km from Cortona (about one hour drive). Siena is around 75 km and Pisa approximately 200 km from Cortona.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is 5 minutes from Cortona and is called Camucia. Here one will find all the amenities os a city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 122 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Terontola e Camucia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
