  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In: from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Check Out: before 10:00 a.m.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included in the price. The apartment is self catering.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, heating is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, because you have to pay the bill in advance.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian, English, German and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 4 floors with an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels can be rent with an extra charge.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There is a condominial courtyard and a covered bicycle parking space.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, the apartment has 2 big French windows with sea view.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    There is a TV in the living room but without international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not a telephone. On request we can arrange a telephone line for the Internet connection.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not air conditioning but there is a ceiling fan in the living room.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is table for 6 persons with relative chairs in the dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No. You will find onet close to the apartment.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, not in the property but most of the bathing establishment across the street have a swimming-pool (open from June to September).
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is not a reserved parking. You will find some parking areas near the apartment.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in Viareggio or at the airport in Pisa.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are many grocery stores very close to the apartment.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    Florence 90 km, Siena 140 km, Pisa and Lucca 20 km.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest village is Lido di Camaiore.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Galileo Galilei in Pisa. It is at 26 km from the apartment and it is easily reachable by bus, train or car.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    THe nearest bus-stop is located near the apartment.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Viareggio.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is in front of the apartment.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    There is private and public beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only small pets on request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    On request we can arrange a telephone line for the Internet connection.
