We were made to feel most welcome, on arrival and throughout our stay. The 'Welcome' pack of groceries was most usefull after a long journey.

Our whole experience at Le Manzinaie was delightful. From the family feast to the fond farewell, Marzia and Family know how to welcome you into their family, yet leave you in peace and privacy. Podere Le Manzinaie is a family run business that could not have been any better. Our stay was wonderful, the family were fabulous and I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay somewhere central in Tuscany.

Fantastic holiday - made special by our hosts
Their overwhelming hospitality and helpfulness made our holiday.
Our past experiences of self catering holidays have never matched this and I believe will be very hard to beat.
If ever we decided to go back to Tuscany there will be only one venue !

All positive:
Their fruit and vegetable gardens - guests were allowed to use for their own consumption
Towels changed at least once a week for no extra charge.
Invited to eat with our hosts and other guests once a week.
Provide guests with details of good places to eat, excursions and time tables of trains.
The daughter speaks very good english, and I believe she speaks French and Spanish - very helpful

It was bit overwhelming.....the control gate opened as if by magic....and the whole family met us with wide open arms and big smiles.....a very warm experience.

What to say....hmmm....the landscaping is excellent.....the fruit trees, the many other types of trees....flowers....the lawn...all wonderfully kept !! The pool was excellent.....it was excepionally clean at all times, even with the tress etc. The lawn furniture was perfect....the surounding hedges kept what road noise there was to an absolute minimum....it really wasn't a factor. The accomodations were top flight...the bath room in particular....the double sink was a great feature....shower....toilette...all clean and in excellent condition.

It was just a pleasant experience....no hitches, no problem....the bill was correct, no addons or surpises.....we were very plesed with the entire experience.

I'm not sure it was or was not on the website...but there is a laundry service available at a very reasonable cost...this is a bit help.

It was simple an excellent value, both dollarwise and locale. Very central to the many venues of Tuscany....easy to find....and we would go back in a minute.

A very happy but emotional farewell between us and the owners. These are exceptional people..so warm and friendly and couldn' be nicer to us during our stay. We will recommend Le Manzinaie tour friends and any one else who wanys to contact us.

A most relaxing and friendly home base from which to visit numerous places of interest nearby.I would then tell them all about the beautiful spots to visit.

Very nice reception when we arrived but a bit of a nightmare to find the place. The directions need some updating and more precise turning directions.

We had a really great time. The biggest factor was the fantastic help and guidance given by the family. They could not have been more kind. The house and grounds were immaculatly kept with ample parking.

The welcome we received from the whole family was exceptional. They obviously go the extra mile to make sure that their guests have a wonderful time. The pool and gardens are superb however it was the friendliness and hospitality shown to us that really made our holiday.

I would highly recomment Podere Le Manzinaie to anyone visiting the Tuscany area. Our hosts, Marzia, Fiore and Alicia were wonderful! They stocked our frig with all kinds of food, as we arrived Sat. afternoon and they knew that stores are closed on Sundays so provided lovely things for breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Then, they even invited us and their other guests to dine with them in their home on Sunday night! We had a fabulous home-cooked Italian dinner, complete with wine and homemade desserts. The accomodations were very comfortable, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms and everything was immaculate. I can't imagine ever finding a better place to stay-they made us feel like family and I want to go back again sometime. Thanks to Tuscany.net for providing this service. I also want to tell others not to be afraid to book online-everything went smoothly with no surprises, to our delight. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The family greeted us warmyly and gave us a tour of the apartment and its features. They also were very concerned that the local grocery store would close in 30 mintues and that the next day being Sunday and it would be closed, that we would not have groceries. They sent us quickly out to the market so we would not have to wait until Monday to have groceries in the apt. They also provided more then enough food for our next day's breakfast, even items from their own garden. They had a very elaborate booklet on what to do and see around Tuscany. We have never stayed anywhere (we are fairly seasoned travelers) that was so organized or met hosts that had thought of everything. VERY impressive.

This was an incredible stay! The hosts were so warm and hospitable. We hope to return in the near future. The property was absolutely gorgeous and meticulously kept. We have never styaed in an apartment that was so well appointed. The owners clearly take great pride in their property. We can't say enough about the hosts and their apartments!! We would highly recommend them to anyone.

A warm departure as well. It was like staying with family and as such our check out was like saying good-bye to family memebers. They are a wonderful...they took pictures with us and asked us to stay in touch with them.

More about how individualized each apartment is and how well appointed they are. They must have the largest bathrooms in all of Italy!! The artwork by Marzia is truely what makes each apt. unique. The surrounding property with all the fruit trees and the vegetable garden. But most of the incrdible hospitality of this family. It is unsurpassed!!

My husband and I were surprised at what a great place this would have been for kids surrounded by large fields and a great swimming pool.

The apartments are beautifully decorated with rustic furniture and antiques. The floors are gorgeous tile. The whole apartments, bathrooms included, are very spacious. The owners are extraordinarily friendly, kind, and helpful, but are also respectful of leaving you to yourself. I haven't had such a great B&B experience as Podere Le Manzinaie, and highly recommend it!

We were made to feel so welcome and the room was well equipped. The only disappointing aspect was the distance from Montepulciano.
