• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 09.30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are on ground floor and the dependance is on two floors without elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all this area is very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is only a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, with large open fire.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, available for our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi (about 19 km). It is also possible to rent in Pisa/Florence/Rome Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, all kind of shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence, 100 Km; Siena 50 Km; and Pisa 145 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano Station, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence about 120 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montepulciano, ask for the timetable and information.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montepulciano Stazione, 2 km or Chiusi-Chianciano, 19 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
