• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 11.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price listed is for a room per night
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a breakfast buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The reception is open 24h a day so it's possible to pay at any moment, normally the payment is done at the moment of check-out
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  5 of our rooms have terraces, all the guests of the hotel has a garden/solarium at their disposal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Junior Suites have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have telephone, sat TV and air conditioning.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The hotel has a swimming pool, with a jacuzzi area, it is open in summer time, from June to september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking inside the hotel area (extra fee).
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Castelfiorentino 10km away or at the Airports of Florence, Pisa or at Florence railway-station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores and other stores in the historic center, the hotel is situated in town, everything is at walking distance.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence, Pisa and Siena are all about 45 - 50 Km away from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Castelfiorentino.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Galileo Galilei and Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we can provide, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  200 metres from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino at 10 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
