 Cooking Courses: Dedicated to lovers of the good Tuscan cuisine and for those who would try at home the preparation of tasteful dishes that are typical of these areas, Palazzo Mannaioni places the great experience and professional skill of our Chef at the guests' disposal. The courses consist in pratical lessions during the morning directly in our Hotel kitchen. After the preparation, the guests taste the dishes prepeared by Their own hands, under the control of our Chef. At the end of the course guests are given all the recipes they have tried out and also a certificate of participation. |
 Meetings and Seminars: Palazzo Mannaioni is the ideal place to organise any type of meeting, from top level meetings reserved for a small group to a symposium with up to a maximum of 70. The hotel has two halls, the Raffaello with a maximum capacity of 70 seats and the Brunelleschi with up to a maximum of 16 seats, and both are equipped with the technology to meet all your needs. Indeed, nowadays, a meeting between the collaborators of a firm is the most important moment for communication and defining the company's strategy: that is why organising it at Palazzo Mannaioni becomes an event that boost the overall image of the firm that can help to promotes it. With the backing of our Ristorante Mannaioni we can also organise gala dinners or business lunches to complete the refreshments offered at the meeting, together with our American bar which looks onto both halls. Golf, Horse riding, trekking & and mountain bikes: In the estate of Castelfalfi, only 6.3 mls away, is possible to use a wonderful Golf green (18 holes, 7,383 yds long, par 73) or to plunge into the scenery of the Tuscany countryside and woodlands, having also the chance to run along numberless paths by horse or Mountain Bike. The Hotel will provide the transfer with a motor vehicle and book the desired services with special prices.
Wine and Oil tours: Tuscany is an unique land for its beauty and the excellence of products. Among them stand out the Extravergine olive-oil and the Chianti wine. Montaione is displaced in the midst of the production area of these items and it' s about 9 miles away from Montespertoli, the well-known town where the Chianti di Montespertoli is made.Palazzo Mannaioni, in accordance with two of the most prestigious Montespertoli farms, organizes guided tours to the wine vaults, in order to see the wine production and ageing systems. Eventually is offered a taste of the farm' s results.
Olive picking on November: In Tuscany the olive picking is not just a yearly farm work that has to be done. Here it has also the meaning of a recaling of ancient country traditions. The picking is a fully manual work, that means every olive is picked one by one and carefully stored. At midday, to restore from harvesting tiredness, tables are laid for big banquets when pickers spend joyful moments with broad bowls of Pastasciutta (spaghetti) and large wine bottles. The farm La Valle, owned by Palazzo Mannaioni, is placed only 550 Yds far from the Hotel and on November is possible the attendance and, why not, to take part in olive picking and banquets that happen in those days. The guests will be fetched to the oli-mill too, in order to see the oil production and to receive a small flask of barely pressed oil.
