  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and private and above all romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of the rooms has access to a very large and panoramic terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the suites are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is the ADSL connection in every room.

  Yes, a wonderful swimming pool in the garden is open during the summer season.

  Yes.

  In Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In San Casciano Val di Pesa, 5 km from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 km from the property, Siena 40 km and Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Casciano in Val di Pesa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can easily organize it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sant'Andrea in Percussina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet, a Spa and beauty centre will open next year.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a dining room where we can organize events and dinner on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
