- At what time can we check-in and out?
Reception hours: 9.30am-12.30pm/4.00pm-7.00pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and festivities closed.
To be accommodated out of the hours listed above, please take an appointment as the reception is not staffed. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment, and changes if it is occupied from one, two or three people. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not provided. Just out the Residence there is a café where our clients used to have breakfast, even if all apartments are equipped with kitchen, where everyone can prepare its own breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, and it is preferable. Otherwise on check-out if corresponding on reception hours (9.30am-12.30pm and 4.00pm-7.00pm). - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, basic German, some Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors, all reachable by lift. The roof garden is located on the fourth floor, reachable by stairs only. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There are 4 very quiet rooms (back of the building), 4 quiet rooms (facing Via Manassei), 3 rooms facing the main street, not very quiet, but it is a pedestrian area, so only people walk this street. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided: cleanings and change are made once a week. Daily cleanings on request and on payment. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only two rooms have a balcony: one on the first floor faces the main street of Prato center (Corso Mazzoni, pedestrian area) and the other one on the third floor faces the back of the building and offers a charming views on old roofs of Prato. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have smoking and no-smoking apartments. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All apartments have a cable TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a direct dialling telephone in each room. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is in every apartment and during summer there is a little charge for it. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not an indoor dining room. Guests can use the roof garden for meetings and to lunch/dine together. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, but every apartment has an internet connection (which works on telephone line). Internet points are at walking distance (3-5 minutes). - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. There is a swimming pool reachable in 5 minutes by bus. - Is parking or garage available?
The parking in the streets is available with our traffic permits (with no fee). Otherwise an indoor garage, located at five minutes from the Residence, and for an extra fee. - Where can we rent a car?
There are rental cars in Prato, reachable by taxi or by 15 minutes walking. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is just 15-20 minutes by train. Siena and Pisa are one hour by train or bus. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Florence Peretola. Also Pisa airport is very useful. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. There is a bus service or by taxi (the easiest way). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is located at five minutes walking, in Piazza delle Carceri. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The main one is Prato Centrale (5 minutes by taxi). the nearest one is Prato Porta al Serraglio (5 minutes walking). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. We are located in the center of the city, so many restaurants are avalable for our clients. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes you can.
