| Cancellation Policy | |
First night earnest money for 1-3 nights-stay. For 4 nights or more, 30% of the total of the stay .For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time". Call to be accommodated as the reception is not staffed 24 hours (Saturday and Sundays closed).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: the apartments are available from noon. The reception is open from 9.30 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Please note that the reception is closed over the weekend. Arrivals after opening hours are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments no later than 10 a.m. |
