We arrived around 22.00 pm, at which time it was already dark. The Italian highways, secondary and smaller roads are very poorly till not at all illuminated after sundown. This makes finding a place very difficult.

No internet available within 10 kilometers; nearest possibility is in Lucca city.

A very nice, well maintaind and friendly place to stay, relax and use as a starting point to discover the region of Lucca.

externally the property was beautiful, the bungalows could do with some redecoration, to freshen them up.
generally clean and tidy, but floors not washed.
website said, bath and shower, our accomodation had shower only.

staff very helpful and responsive to our need to check out mid morning, excellent.

the furniture in the sleeping rooms should be changed sometime

the measurements of the pool should be indecated,it is larger than we expacted (positive)
the 'beach-day/week' should also be taken into the description

we enjoyed le magnolie as a quiete and private place, even the children were very
satisfied with the property as such. there is plenty of place and the people around were very friendly

VERY DIFFICULT DIRECTIONS MORE DETAIL NEEDED

The accommodation was basic but in a beautiful setting.
Some comfortable seating to relax in the apartment would be nice & also basic things like toliet roll & washing up liquid.

It was completely perfect.
less than 5 minutes after passing through the
gates - we were settled in and on our way to
the pool !
...
Were where very lucky to get the only
electrical fan on the property. it was the
sole reason that we got any sleep at all.
AC would have been fantastic since it was
almost 40 degrees celcius all week.
