• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  Check Out: Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartment are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are situated ina very quiet and silent park.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and changed once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have a small veranda, but all the apartments have at the disposal table and chairs in the open air.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in all the apartments there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available. It is in the open air and it isn't guarded.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Lucca, at 8 km from the property or at the airport.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores at 2.5 km from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 55 Km, Pisa is at 35 Km and Siena is at 80 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Camigliano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa. It is at 35 km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize pick up service on request and with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Camigliano, 1.5 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Lucca, at 8 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
