• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.00pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. You can contact us in case of delay and we'll do it also in different times. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is located on one floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking. Smokers can smoke in the garden.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but they do not have international channels yet.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking area close to the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental company about 50 meters away from our property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze 60 km; Siena 100 km; Pisa 25 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the centre of Lucca, about a 10 minutes walk away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
