We felt very much at home - like we were a part of their family.

We had stayed at the Fattoria three years ago and were as pleased with the property this time as we were then. It is very difficult to describe/image anything on the Internet. You do as good a job as you can.

Luca and Dolores made us feel that we were a part of the family that would be missed and that was welcome back at any time. We really felt that we were leaving family.

I would rave about staff more. We also took a tour of the winery and the person in charge - Simone - took the time to explain and describe the process. I don't have the web site open at this time, but I would go into detail about what the winery tour has offer. And if you could capture the serenity of being able to sit on the patio, sipping wine, talking or reading or writing and looking out over the Mediterranean that would be wonderful.
...
That they must stay there.

Cfr your question nr7. There was heating, but only request, we had to phone several times requesting to put on the heating. I agree that the heating is shut-off during the day, but for the ealy mornings and late evenings we would like to have heating. On our request teh staff putted it on immediatly, but we had to phone each time...

We quote this property as a 8/10, just the problem with the heating was a negative point
