• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course the area is very quite too.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, only a large courtyard on the front.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the room have a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with direct-dial external telephone
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning and independent heating at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave over and dishwasher.

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Surrounded by greenery with splendid views, the swimming pool is stepped so as to be safe for even the youngest children. The pool measures 15 x 8m.

  Yes, the parking is available inside the property.

  At Grosseto.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, with typical Tuscan products.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.

  Florence at 170 km. Pisa at 180 km. Siena at 110 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
