By train: Viareggio is linked to the most important national train stations of Rome and Milan and the international ones of Paris, and Monaco. Viareggio railway station is located 15 minutes walk from the residence, so you can reach the property by taxi or take a walk.
By Air: the nearest airport is Galileo Galilei in Pisa; it is located at about 20 km from the property and it is easily reachable by train or by bus.
By car from Florence: take the Highway A11 until "Lucca" and then you have to follow the motorway 76, direction to "Versilia". Exit at "Viareggio".
By Car from Rome: take the motorway A1 until "Firenze Ovest", than follow the indication for "Viareggio".
By Car from Milan: take the A1 Highway until Parma and from there go toward S. Stefano Magra through the Parma-La Spezia Motorway. From S. Stefano Magra you can reach Viareggio taking the Genova-Livorno A11 Highway.
When you get to Viareggio, you drive toward the seaside avenue (Lungomare) following the signs, at this point you should have the Apuan mountains behind you. Once you get to promenade drive straight ahead for about 1.5km, with the sea on your right. You will get to a square with a fountain and some gardens, that is Piazza Puccini, on the next corner you will find Via Colombo and the Residence Il Patriarca (our property as well) where you will be check-in for the Centro Residenziale Maestoso. |
