• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from 4.00 to 7.00 pm.
  Check-out before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve any food. A kitchen is at your disposal in the apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible to settle the bill at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception English, German and French are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has five floors, our apartments are at the second floor. We have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are average quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments do not have terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every apartment there is a TV with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The apartments do not have a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The apartments do not have air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We do not have a common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The apartments do not have Internet or e-mail point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have a swimming pool. The bath establishments at the beach nearby have swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No private parking is available but there are public parking places in the neighbourhood.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible from Rent a car Services like Hertz or Avis in Viareggio.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are groceries and supermarkets nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Pisa is about 20 km, Florence 80 km, Siena 110 km far from Viareggio.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The house is located in Viareggio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa at 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have any service from/to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is only a few metres far from our house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the main station of Viareggio.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is only a few meters away from us.
• Is the beach private or public?
  On the beach there are bathing establishments managed by privates who rent the spaces to the public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  A pizzeria/restaurant is located in the building. The restaurant is not part of the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We do not have Internet connection.
