• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the rent of the whole house.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floor. No there is not elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by Villa Luciano.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The nearest railway station is in Contea (2 km from Villa Luciano).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes on the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airports of Florence or Pisa, or at Florence railway-station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores in 5 minutes walking distance.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 45 minutes by car; Pisa 2 hours by car.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  5 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Amerigo Vespucci in Florence (25 km from the farm).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. We can arrange transportation for you if you are travelling to or from Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Londa town.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Contea 3 km from Londa town and there is a bus service from Londa to Contea station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
