• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 14.30pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, daily right with breakfast included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, served every day in our Enoteca.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No. But there are lot's of books. In the commun living-room there is a phone that can be used upon request or you can use the phone both that is just beside the entrance of the hotel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is the thermal bath pool nearby its open all days from 9.00 a.m until 18.00 pm, during July and August it's open until midnight.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking in the center of Bagno Vignoni.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chiusi Chianciano Terme, there you also find the nearest train station, in Florence or at Pisa/Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are. Our own for example is just open during the week-ends (where you can buy typical products, wine and olive oil).
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  You can reach Siena in about 30 minutes, Florence in about 1 hour and 15 min and Pisa in 2 hours. We can for an extra cost bring our guests Siena and Florence on guided tours, wwe can also come and pick up/leave at the airports.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Quirico D'orcia is 10 minutes away, in 20 min you reach Pienza and Montalcino
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 114 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi Chianciano Terme or Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
