Agriturismo La Lodola is located in the area "Le Chiarne", the heart of "Crete Senesi" and it is only 7 km far from the artistic village of Asciano (Siena) and just few minutes from Rapolano Terme (Siena), with its spa-sources and ancient travertine- quarries. Siena is just 20 minutes far and in less than 10 minutes are in the centre of "Chianti Classico". |
By car:
- From Florence:
Exit "Firenze Certosa". After the exit continue in direction of Siena (main road 4 lanes).
- From Siena:
You have to continue in direction of "Arezzo-Perugia" until the exit at Km. 24/23 "Rapolano T.".From the exit of Rapolano continue in direction of "Laticastelli" (on your right) and continue for 5 km in this direction.After aproximately 3 km. you have to go on the left under a little subway and continue, on the right, for the final 2 km of country-road.
- From Rome:
Exit "Valdichiana-Bettolle" and continue in direction of Siena (4 lanes road) until exit (Km. 24) called "Rapolano T.".From the exit of Rapolano continue in direction of "Laticastelli" (on your right) and continue for 5 km in this direction.
After aproximately 3 km. you have to go on the left under a little subway and continue, on the right, for the final 2 km of country-road. You will find a lot of indication of our house "La Lodola".
By train:
The nearest train station is 4 km far, in Rapolano Terme. From there we suggest you to call a taxi.
By air:
The nearest airport is Florence, 100 km far. From there we suggest you to rent a car, and then follow the indication as before. |
