- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is not included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The rate is requested at the check-in: at the arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
In the building there are ground floor and first floor.
4 apartments are in the ground floor and 2 apartments are in the 1th floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The apartments are very romantic and the house is in a very quiet position. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are included in the rate : weekly change. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Each apartment has its own table with chairs and umbrella in the courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All apartments are non smoking, on the respect of the Italian law. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
In each apartment there is Sat-Tv. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there si not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, there is not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a large pool 6X12 meters, open from May to September. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking for one car for each apartment. - Where can we rent a car?
At the airport (Pisa, Firenze, Roma...). - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Every kind of shopping facilities(supermarkets, grocery stores...) are 4 km far from us. - Are there vineyards nearby?
We have our own vineyards 20 km. far from the house, in the Chianti area. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 90 km far from us ( 1 hour),
Pisa is 200 km far from us (2 hour),
Siena is 20 km far from us (15 minutes). - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest town is Rapolano Terme. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is Rapolano Terme, 4 km far. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Rapolano Terme, 4 km far. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, but we have an agreement with the Spa Center of Rapolano Terme: our clients have a reduction for the entrance. - Are pets welcome?
No, they are not. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, it is not possible.
