• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm uo to 10.30 pm.
  Check-out: rooms not vacanted before 11.00 am will be charged for the day.
  However if you arrive in advanced or if you depart late is always possible to let luggage in reception office. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when do you prefer, also on mid-stay if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception you will find Francesca (always) that speaks english without problem, and at the moment she is lerning also French and Deutsch..but in that she is just on first step!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  La Locandella is situated all on ground floor and in front of the garden, you could acces in all area without steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All room, specially Minisuite, are quiet, private and romantic..you will find a real familiar atmoshere, an unforgettable romantic gateway.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The standard lux and standard room have door open on the little Tavern. The 4 Minisuite have a little patio open directly onto the garden (by French door)with a beautiful garden/hills view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No. In all room is possible smoking, but Minisuite Blue and green are very well aired with a Frenchdoor and also a big window.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms there is a Tv.
  In Minisuite and Standard Lux rooms there is a sat Tv with international channels (CNN, BBC...).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In all rooms there is a telephone with direct dialling, that have also tel. plug for notebook.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yas.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  By Reception upon request, you can receive and send E-mail without extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but we have a very close pubblic swimming pool, only 300 mt, open on summertime.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking inside the property, reserved to our guests that can accomodate up to 6-7 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence and Pisa Airport it's possilble to rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Lastra a Signa (300 mt).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 12 km; Siena 60 km; Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lastra a Signa city center is just 300 mt long.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is only 15 km, abaut 15-25 min. by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Upon request we can organize it anytime.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Lastra a Signa, at 250 mt. abaut 5-10 min. on foot.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Signa (5km), but these isn't not well connect with Lastra a Signa, I suggest you to arrive in Florence and than take the bus to Lastra a Signa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are always welcome and without extra charge (upon request). There are only some little rule to be respect:
  -They can stay in the little Tavern.
  -They can't stay in room or around the garden alone(never!).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are several Restaurant and Pizzeria just 10-15 min. on foot or 5-10 min. by car.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, each room have Tel. plug for notebook.
