 Upon reservation we organize guided tours in order to get to know the places, the persons and the products that made our region so famous. Upon reservation we may also organize small cooking courses, wine tasting, oil and honey, courses of botany and mycology. Any desire expressed with courtesy and intelligence may be an encouragement for our work.
Two examples of a weekend:
1 - Wine tour - Brunello di Montalcino

Breakfast and departure for the wine tour
visit with tasting and light lunch* at the farming estate Altesino. Drive to Montalcino and lunch, 1 free hour for visiting the town, to taste other wines at the wine bar at the fortress.
Departure for the estate "Il Greppo di Biondi Santi", the first estate producing Brunello wine.

- some history about Tuscany wines

- the wine: wine and time, conservation, serving
- guide to tasting: vision, smell, taste
- some suggestions for food coupling

We may offer other programmes for stays of 1, 2 weeks or more (always for a min. of 4 persons) with subjects such as nature, art, etc.
It is possible to reserve all the structure with a programme to be established previously or at the moment, considering that the Locanda has 4 bedrooms for max. 8 persons. |
