• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can settle the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has direct access to the patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not and we prefer to have non smoking guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a large dining room and a patio in the garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we provide this service on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from the 1st of June to the 15 September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the owners to call for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores in Camaiore (3 km away)
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100 km, Siena 130, Pisa 25 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Camaiore, 3 km from the property.

  The nearest airport is the international airport of Pisa (Galileo Galilei)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.

  The nearest bus-stop is in Via Italica, 700 metres from the Villa.

  The nearest railway station is Viareggio (8 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  No, sorry.

  There is not but the owners will be glad to cook for you upon request.
