• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included and it is served using only the freshest, most wholesome foods.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet, private e very romantic!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are two rooms with private terrace
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only two rooms have a private terrace
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all room have Satellite-TV with international channells.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air conditionig that you can set direclty and is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have a direct connection (LAN-connection) to Internet. You can use also one PC that is in Reception room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the hotel, but there is a very nice swimming pool near (about 1 km from the hotel), it is open all days from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a car parking and a garage for your cars, near the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes, you can rent a car near the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, near the hotel are grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 27 Km, Siena 90 Km and Pisa 115 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in Borgo San Lorenzo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is the nearest, about 30 Km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have.

  Sita Bus Stop at 0.5 Km.

  Borgo San Lorenzo station (1 Km from the hotel).
